After the Government announcement we are now planning for re-opening on Tuesday 13th April 2021. We are looking forward to seeing all our clients. Please be patient as we try to book you all in.

3 Months away but we are back on Saturday 4th July. We have re-arranged the Salon to be Covid-19 safe and have moved to an appointment only system to minimise number of customers in the Salon. Your safety and staff safety is our priority and you will get a fantastic service at the same time. More time as been allocated to all appointments to allow cleaning and sanitising between clients. Appointments are already filling up please give us a call to book your appointment. We will also be open on Monday throughout the month of July to meet client demand. We ask when you arrive to follow the following guidelines when you visit the Salon:

1. Please arrive for your appointment on time (Late arrivals will have to re-book)
2. Please arrive alone
3. You will have to wait outside until asked to enter Salon (To minimise clients in the Salon)
4. Minimal belongings (coats/bags will have to remain under your possession)
5. Must wear face covering when entering the salon
6. If you feel unwell please do not attend and reschedule your appointment (Signs of new cough, High Temperature, loss of taste and smell)
7. When entering the Salon we will take your temperature with a non contact infrared body thermometer. If your temperature is high we will ask you to leave salon and advise you to contact NHS helpline.
8. Please use sanitisers provided in the salon.
9. All Colouring skin tests have to be posted out to clients.
10. We will accept cash and card payments.

Capelli welcomes Tammy Cartwright back to the team. Tammy brings a wealth of experience with over 10 year in the industry. Tammy joins the team part time with a view to increasing her hours around bringing up a young family.

Capelli also welcomes Charlotte Cox who is training with us to be one of our stylists. Charlotte has been working as a beautician for the last five years and wants to expand her talents into hairdressing.

We also have a new apprentice on the team Charlie Watkins. Charlie is studying for a NVQ hairdressing at Dudley College a day a week whilst gaining experience in the Salon.
